Invitation to Participate – Study on Mapping Tools in Fire District Operations

I am conducting a research study examining how fire districts use mapping tools for response and planning, with a particular focus on the transition from traditional paper map/run/box books to web-based mapping applications. The goal is to better understand current practices, preferred tools, and the challenges
or barriers to the various mapping systems.

Your district’s insights would be invaluable to this study. Participation involves a short survey that should take about 15 minutes. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with our IRB procedure, and results will be reported in aggregate form without identifying individual participants or agencies.
